Fabrication

We currently manage structural steelwork contracts up to 50 tonnes and for smaller orders or one offs can provide a 24/48 hour service on fabrication and painting to most standard sizes.

We fabricate structural steel in support of construction projects of all scales. All fabrications are undertaken in accordance with BS5950-1:2000. The fabrication services offered are:

For the small and medium size projects, domestic or commercial, we also offer a high speed service on the most common section sizes, bespoke plates and bespoke brackets. Your requirements can be cut, fabricated, coated and despatch within 24 / 48 hours of order.

Machine Guards
To ensure safe operation of factory equipment additional guards over and above those supplied with the equipment is often required. We have manufactured all shapes and sizes and worked with each of our customers health and safety teams to ensure the guard is fit for purpose.

Factorys with dangerous equipment, forktrucks or delivery bays will often need safety barriers placing at certain points around site. As a general rule these will be bespoke and designed to fulfil a specific requirement. We can manufacture and install any size, shape or colour of barriers in solid, frame or mesh. Factory access platforms
To optimise factory space and ensure safe transit around site, factory access platforms are often a necessity. Stairs and ladders
As any factory grows and changes often there is a changing requirement for stairs and ladders. These can be exterior, shop floor or office and we have a wide range of experience in all. Work stations
We are often called upon to manufacture workstations for assembly lines or general use. Often these assembly lines are individual and we can accommodate manufacture of ancillaries to ensure you have a one stop shop when installing new or modifying existing manufacturing cells.

Gravity fed roller conveyors and racking
To ensure efficient delivery of parts to any manufacturing cell, roller conveyors and line side racking is essential. We manufactured to your specific requirements and will change the design as you see fit after initial trial. Often with these types of products how you think they will work and how they act in practice are very different. We don’t just build and leave you with a problem, we will build, trial and finish to ensure you have a workable product.

Jigs and fixtures
To aid in manufacture, jigs and fixtures are an essential part of any production cell. We design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for any manufacturing purpose, we have manufactured jigs and fixtures for automotive, mining, radiation testing, marine and many more.

Wrought iron gates and railings

We supply security gates and fencing as well as cages for secure storing of equipment, gas bottles and substances.

We have manufactured a number of different designs of security products and can accommodate any fencing or gate designs required. Cages are all made to order as every customer has a unique requirement.
