The Grange - Yarm

An impressive new housing development of nine town houses, in the small town of Yarm. All of which are three or four bedrooms.

Using the modern method of construction D&S Construction were able to rapidly reduce build time by using pre-fabricated light weight steel frames, resulting in erecting the town house in under 6 weeks.

The LSF system we used was 100% recyclable making it much more efficient compared to timber framing.

The internal structure was able to give greater U value and Db sound reduction, making all the town houses energy and sound efficient.
