An impressive new housing development of 64 three and four bedroom houses, in the coastal resort of Scarborough, carefully designed to deliver a variety of style and elegance. All of which are two or three stories high.
D&S Constriction used modern methods of construction in the external wall and joist makeup, which resulted in a house being completed every 2 weeks.
A finished handover of the full external build was signed off after 6 weeks.
Working into the winter on this exposed coastal site did not affect progress.
